IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BOOKING AFTER LOCK DOWN

Demand post lock down will be unprecedented, we will be doing all that we can to get your appointments booked as soon as possible.

Please help us to help you by doing the following

Set up an online account with Gregory Dean

Here you will be able to reschedule any appointments that you may have had booked during our closure and/or book a new appointment.  This will likely be quicker than contacting us via telephone.  Simple click the “BOOK NOW” button on this website and follow the simple steps to set up and account.   All of your current appointments will be shown provided you register with the same name, email and telephone number that you used when booking in face-to-face or via telephone

Use our new WhatsApp service

Simply save our telephone numbers in the following format Leigh +441702808368 Rayleigh +441268773399 (you must include the +44 and do not include the 0 from the area code) Next, simply text your preferred number, via WhatsApp message, detailing your full name, email address and which salon you prefer to visit.  We will use this platform to notify you of availability, last minute cancellations and additional opening hours.  You can contact us here 24 hours per day, 7 days per week

Our recommendation

We suggest that you use the online booking feature to re-book any appointments that you may have had booked during the closure.  We have opened our diaries from May 12th so suggest booking from this date.  Should government extend lock down we encourage you to again reschedule to the new re-opening date.  This will give you the best chance of securing an appointment that works for you and prevent a lengthily wait on the telephone
